Malisheva thrashed KF Vllaznia 5-0 in the first leg of their Europa Conference League qualifier, taking a commanding lead thanks to a dominant attacking display. The home side struck twice before half-time and added three more after the break to leave the Albanian visitors with a mountain to climb.
Kreshnik Uka opened the scoring in the 34th minute, finishing from Arlind Veliu's pass. Dzemal Ibishi made it 2-0 just before the interval, assisted by Vüsal İsgändärli. Uka struck again early in the second half (52), converting Ibishi's assist, before Veliu got on the scoresheet himself five minutes later, set up by Uka. Krenar Dulaj completed the rout in the 89th minute from Valjmir Nafiu's assist.
Uka's brace and his involvement in a third goal highlighted his influence, but the entire Malisheva attack clicked throughout. The hosts could not be contained, while Vllaznia's frustration showed in five yellow cards, including one for goalscorer Dulaj in stoppage time. The tie is effectively over before the second leg.
