Fatih Karagümrük rescued a point with a late equaliser as they drew 1-1 with Kayserispor in the TFF 1. Lig. Kayserispor had led from the 53rd minute through Taulant Seferi, but the home side struck in the 90th minute to leave honours even.
Taulant Seferi put Kayserispor in front in the 53rd minute, with Benhur Keser providing the assist. Kayserispor held that advantage until the final minute, when Atınç Nukan set up Davide Biraschi to level the score at 1-1. A series of yellow cards punctuated the contest, including bookings for both sides on 66 minutes.
Kayserispor shaded possession with 53 per cent and also had more passes and corners, but they missed two big chances. Karagümrük, in contrast, scored from their only big chance, while both goalkeepers made three saves apiece. It meant the side with less of the ball took something from the game.
