ALS Omonia fought back from 0-2 down to claim a 2-2 draw against Karmiotissa Polemidion in the 1st Division. Karmiotissa scored twice in the opening half-hour, but the home side levelled matters with two goals in the second half.
Patrick gave Karmiotissa the lead after two minutes and Marios Kokkinoftas doubled it on 31. Sotiris Fiakas reduced the arrears for ALS Omonia on 54, with Rashaan Fernandes completing the comeback on 67. Discipline issues shaped the match too: Alastair David Reynolds was dismissed on 45 after a second yellow card, and Julio Cesar da Silva de Paula was sent off on 90.
Both of Karmiotissa's goals arrived in the first half, while ALS Omonia's two replies came after the break. Fernandes' equaliser in the 67th minute made the final score 2-2, and no further goals followed.
