Rauman Lukko rolled past Jokerit Helsinki in regulation, winning 7-2 behind a decisive four-goal second period. A 1-0 lead after the first turned into a rout by the middle frame, and Lukko never gave Jokerit a path back.
Heikki Liedes opened the scoring at 14:00 with Mikael Ruohomaa assisting. The floodgates opened in the second: Antti Saarela, Topias Haapanen, Alex Beaucage, and Santeri Virtanen all scored between 21:00 and 29:00 to make it 5-0. Felix Robert extended the lead at 41:00, and after Eetu Tuulola got Jokerit on the board, Trakht Daniil answered at 57:00; a late Jokerit goal closed the scoring at 7-2.
Alex Beaucage led all skaters with three points, scoring once and adding assists on goals by Saarela and Robert. The five-goal cushion after two periods was the real separator, as Lukko cruised through the third to finish the game in regulation.
