IPK Iisalmi came back to beat RoKi Hockey 3-2 in regulation, flipping the game with a two-goal middle period. After trailing 1-2 through twenty minutes, the hosts scored twice in the second and never gave the lead back.
RoKi got out fast, scoring at 3 and again at 16 for a 0-2 edge before IPK answered at 17 to make it 1-2 after one. The equalizer came at 32 and the go-ahead goal at 36 for 3-2, and the third period produced no goals from either side.
The decisive number is the second period: 2-0 IPK, the only frame either team won. RoKi's 2-0 start was erased inside twenty minutes of play, and a scoreless third closed it out.
