FC Ingolstadt 04 and FC Würzburger Kickers shared the points in a 2-2 draw in the 3. Liga. The home side struck first through Lars Lokotsch, but Würzburg hit back minutes later, and the game stayed on a knife-edge throughout.
Lokotsch opened the scoring in the 16th minute, assisted by Emre Gul. Tarsis Bonga levelled for the visitors in the 21st minute, then Davide-Danilo Sekulovic put Ingolstadt back in front just before the break, with Lokotsch turning provider. Würzburg refused to fold, though, as Liam Omore equalised again in the 45th minute, assisted by Tim Kraus, to make it 2-2 at half-time.
Neither side could find a winner after the interval, and the scoring ended where it had at the break. Vinko Šapina, Phillipp Ochs and Frederik Carlsen were all booked late on, but with no further goals the match finished all square.
