Hajduk Split beat FK Žalgiris 4-0 in the Europa Conference League third qualifying round, all four goals coming in the second half. The win was built on a late surge, as Hajduk scored three times in the space of four minutes between the 80th and 83rd.
Dario Melnjak opened the scoring in the 54th minute, finishing an Antonio Sutalo pass. Adam Guram made it 2-0 in the 69th, and Abdoulie Sanyang added a third in the 80th after Niko Sigur's assist. Michele Šego completed the rout three minutes later, with Sanyang providing the assist.
Hajduk dominated throughout, holding 63% possession and racking up seven shots on target to Žalgiris's none. Abdoulie Sanyang was central to the late flurry, scoring the third goal and then assisting Šego for the fourth.
