AZ Havířov took control with a three-goal second period and cruised to an 8-4 regulation win over HK Martin in a Club Friendly. The visitors built a 3-2 lead after an up-and-down first period and never looked back.
The opening 11 minutes produced five goals — Havířov at 4:00, 7:00 and 11:00, Martin at 5:00 and 9:00 — before the second period became the turning point. Havířov scored three unanswered, including two at 35:00, to push the margin to 6-2. Each team scored twice in the third, with the final goals at 49:00 and 50:00 closing out the 8-4 scoreline.
Havířov's eight-goal night was the standout, but it was the middle-frame shutout of Martin that decided the game. The visitors never trailed after the first-period exchange and stretched their lead on every occasion they needed to.
