HC ZUBR Přerov won 6-2 in regulation, seizing control with a three-goal first period. The away side struck inside the opening minute and never looked back, adding two more before the first intermission.
Poruba answered with an equalizer at 10, but Přerov regained the lead at 17 and stretched it to 3-1 by the 20-minute mark. An early second-period goal at 21 and another at 29 made it 5-1; Poruba trimmed the gap at 34, only for Přerov to close the scoring at 46.
The decisive number was the early offensive burst: five of the game's first six goals belonged to Přerov. Sustained pressure across the first two periods put the result beyond doubt before the third frame even started.
