FC Nordsjælland thrashed GAIS Göteborg 6-0 in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League, overwhelming their Swedish opponents from the first whistle. The Danish side dominated throughout, registering 22 total shots to GAIS's 10 and enjoying 57% possession.
Runar Robinsonn Norheim opened the scoring in the 11th minute and added a second in the 59th minute, completing a brace. Oskar Ågren made it 2-0 in the 14th minute, Hjalte Rasmussen scored the third in the 36th minute, Prince Amoako Junior netted the fifth in the 63rd minute, and Nicklas Røjkjær rounded off the scoring in the 81st minute.
The home side created five big chances and converted four of them, while GAIS mustered only two shots on target and did not create a single big chance. Nordsjælland's goalkeeper was called upon just twice, whereas their counterpart made five saves.
