Chanturishvili's strike broke a goalless contest. Rangers managed just one shot on target as they chased an equaliser, and the 1-0 scoreline held through extra time, with yellow cards for Antonín Růsek and Lawrence Shankland. The shootout finished 4-3 in Jablonec's favour.
Jablonec were the more productive side in the box score, with 16 shots to nine, five on target to one, and 54% possession. Rangers' goalkeeper made four saves to keep the score down, but the 1-0 win and the subsequent 4-3 shootout victory sent Jablonec through.
