FC Petrocub Hîncesti and FK Borac Banja Luka shared six goals in a breathless 3-3 draw in the UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round. The hosts raced into a two-goal lead inside 20 minutes, but the visitors produced a stirring fightback to snatch a point.
Nicolae Rotaru opened the scoring from Ion Jardan's pass on 13 minutes, and Petru Popescu doubled the lead six minutes later. Stefan Savić pulled one back for Borac just after the break, but Rotaru struck again within two minutes to restore Petrocub's two-goal cushion. Borac replied instantly through Amer Hiroš on 56 minutes, and Ante Roguljić completed the comeback with an equaliser on 78 minutes.
Nicolae Rotaru's brace was the standout individual performance for the Moldovan side, but Borac's refusal to give in, scoring three times in a 28-minute blitz, earned them a share of the spoils. Marius Iosipoi and Mihail Platica were booked for Petrocub as the game simmered late on.
