Frosinone claimed a resounding 3-0 win at Fiorentina, thanks to a clinical display in front of goal. The visitors had just 40% possession and 12 shots, but they made them count where it mattered.
Antonio Raimondo opened the scoring in the 26th minute from Giorgi Kvernadze's assist, and Gabriele Bracaglia doubled the lead in the 38th after Giacomo Calò's set-up. Raimondo added his second and Frosinone's third in the 68th minute, with Bracaglia turning provider.
The numbers show a curious game: Fiorentina had 60% possession, 24 shots and 1.88 expected goals, yet managed only three on target. Frosinone were far more efficient, putting six of their 12 shots on target and converting all three big chances they created.
