FC Porto won 3-0 at Académico Viseu in the Primeira Liga, with all three goals in the first 38 minutes. The visitors were clinical despite seeing less of the ball.
André Silva opened the scoring in the 5th minute from Pablo Rosario's assist. Gabri Veiga made it 2-0 in the 20th minute after Pepê set him up, and then turned provider for William Gomes Carvalho Santos to add the third on 38 minutes.
Académico Viseu had 57% possession and nine shots to Porto's five, but Porto's efficiency proved decisive, scoring from four of their five shots on target and converting both of their big chances. Gabri Veiga, involved in two of the goals, was the standout performer.
