Fatih Karagümrük beat Ümraniyespor 2-1 in the TFF 1. Lig, with Aleksandar Pešić scoring twice. Ümraniyespor had more of the ball, but Karagümrük were clinical with their chances.
Pešić opened the scoring on 60 minutes, converting after Muhammed Emin Sarikaya's assist. Cebio Soukou equalised for Ümraniyespor on 71 minutes, but Pešić struck again four minutes later, this time set up by Emre Akbaba, to restore Karagümrük's lead.
The numbers show a side that was outplayed but took their chances: Ümraniyespor had 58% possession and 468 accurate passes to Karagümrük's 318, with both sides managing 15 shots and 7 on target. Karagümrük created two big chances and scored from both, while Ümraniyespor had none — a decisive edge in the game.
