Everton de Viña del Mar took a 3-0 win at Deportes Limache, a result built on a first-half double and sealed after the home side were reduced to ten men. The visitors had 53% possession and outshot Limache 19 to 9.
Alan Medina put Everton ahead in the 38th minute, and four minutes later Nicolas Montiel doubled the lead after Medina's assist. Limache's Axel Alfonzo was sent off in the 55th minute, and Montiel added his second and Everton's third in the 83rd minute, again set up by Medina.
The visitors converted three of their four big chances, while Limache scored from their only one. Montiel's two goals, with Medina involved in all three, were the decisive contributions.
