Dundalk FC came from behind to win 3-2 at Drogheda United in the Premier Division, with Daryl Horgan scoring the decisive goal in the 89th minute. After falling behind 2-1, Dundalk hit back through Ronan Teahan before Horgan's late strike settled it.
Cian Dillion put Dundalk ahead on 25 minutes from Daryl Horgan's assist, but Drogheda responded quickly. Keegan Ancelin equalised on 32 and Brandon Kavanagh made it 2-1 three minutes later. Ronan Teahan brought Dundalk level on 67, and Horgan completed the turnaround in the 89th minute.
Dundalk were the more productive side overall, holding 56% possession and finishing with 15 shots to Drogheda's 14. They also created more big chances, four to two, and posted a higher expected-goals figure of 3.04 against 1.81. Horgan, who set up the opener before scoring the winner, was the key influence.
