Deportivo Pereira and Millonarios drew 1-1 in the Apertura after a frantic two-minute spell decided the scoring. Jordy Ararat gave the hosts the lead in the 67th minute, and Leonardo Castro replied for Millonarios in the 69th.
Ararat converted after Yuber Quiñones' assist to make it 1-0, but Millonarios hit straight back through Castro. The game settled into a tight contest after that, with neither side able to find a decisive second goal.
Millonarios had the better of the shooting, directing six attempts on target and forcing five saves from the Pereira goalkeeper, while Pereira edged the expected-goals battle 1.75 to 0.95 and created two big chances. That contrast, with one side pressing and the other carving out the clearer openings, explained why the points were shared.
