Laslo Djere defeated Hugo Dellien 7-5, 6-2 at the Kitzbuhel tournament, winning in straight sets with a dominant serve and ruthless break-point conversion. Djere saved all three break points he faced and converted all three of his own, never allowing Dellien a foothold in the match.
The first set stayed on serve until the 11th game, when Djere broke Dellien at 5-6 to seal the set 7-5. In the second set, Djere broke twice more — in the third game at 1-2 and in the fifth at 1-4 — racing to a 6-2 win as Dellien struggled to win points on return.
Djere won 86% of his first-serve points (24/28) and did not face a single break point across the entire match. He also posted four aces without a double fault, while Dellien managed no aces and committed two double faults.
