Crawley Town edged Rochdale 2-1 in League Two, with goals either side of a Rochdale equaliser. Pemi Aderoju put the visitors ahead in the 8th minute, Ethan Ebanks-Landell levelled for the hosts in the 54th, and Louie Watson struck the winner in the 72nd.
The opening goal came early when Aderoju found the net. Rochdale responded after the break, Ebanks-Landell scoring from Ryan East's assist, but Watson restored Crawley's lead nine minutes later. The visitors secured the win.
Crawley were clinical, scoring twice from 12 shots despite having just 46% possession, while Rochdale had 54% of the ball but only seven attempts. The game also produced nine yellow cards.
