Montevideo Wanderers and Cerro Largo shared the points in a 1-1 draw in Primera División. The home side led through Joaquín Zeballos just before half-time, but a sending-off for Lucas Correa in the same minute changed the shape of the contest.
Zeballos put Montevideo Wanderers ahead in the 45th minute, giving them a narrow lead at the break. Cerro Largo pressed after the interval and drew level through Axel Pandiani in the 68th minute, and neither side could force a winner.
The match was defined by the red card shown to Lucas Correa at 45, leaving the hosts to play much of the second half a man down. Cerro Largo took advantage of the extra space to claim their equaliser, with the game finishing level.
