In the first set, Wolf took an early 2-0 lead, but Bublik broke back at 1-2 and then converted at 5-4 to close it out. Bublik broke in the opening game of the second set, and after Wolf levelled at 2-2, Bublik added breaks at 3-2 and 5-2. Wolf’s single break at 1-3 was enough to take the third set 6-3, but Bublik responded decisively in the fourth, breaking twice to finish the match.
The standout factor was Bublik’s willingness to attack returns at key moments. He created multiple breaks in three of the four sets, and after a quiet third set, his two breaks in the final set sealed the win.
