Coventry United are through in FA Cup qualifying after a 2-1 home win over Bedworth United. The result was shaped in the opening 17 minutes, when Coventry built a two-goal lead.
Leo Stone scored the opener in the fourth minute, and Simeon Cobourne doubled the advantage in the 17th. Bedworth United pulled one back in the 86th minute, but that was as close as they came.
The early goals from Stone and Cobourne proved decisive. Bedworth's late reply arrived too late to change the scoreline, and Coventry held on to progress.
