Ilian Iliev opened the scoring in the third minute from Phellipe Cardoso Araujo's assist, and Yusuf Ali Özer doubled the lead on 21 minutes after Ömer Faruk Duymaz set him up. Bodrumspor responded through Florian Loshaj in the 77th minute, with Mustafa Erdilman providing the assist, and Ege Bilsel levelled two minutes later from Adem Metin Türk's pass.
The stats underline how much of the attacking play went İstanbulspor's way: they had 15 shots to Bodrumspor's 13 and nine on target to four. Bodrumspor, though, edged possession with 53% and completed 390 passes to 336, and they converted their one big chance while İstanbulspor missed theirs. That clinical late burst was enough to cancel out an afternoon of home pressure.
