Aubagne FC scored twice inside the opening eleven minutes and beat Bourg-en-Bresse 2-0 in National 1. The early double proved decisive, with the visitors unable to find a way back into the match.
Jebryl Sahraoui opened the scoring from Adame Faiz's assist after six minutes, and Mohamed Nehari made it 2-0 with a goal five minutes later. Bourg-en-Bresse had the rest of the match to respond, but the scoreline never changed.
The game turned on that quick double strike, and Aubagne saw the match out. Ten yellow cards, the first to Anisse Bellebrahim in the sixteenth minute, broke up the play and the visitors never managed to get on the scoresheet.
