Atlético Ottawa snatched a dramatic 3-2 victory over Pacific FC with a stoppage-time winner from Nicolas Fleuriau Chateau. The hosts trailed 2-1 going into the final quarter of an hour but rallied to take all three points in a topsy-turvy encounter.
Emiliano García put Ottawa ahead on the stroke of half-time, but Pacific struck twice inside eight second-half minutes through Alejandro Díaz and Marco Bustos to turn the game around. Ballou Tabla levelled for Ottawa in the 76th minute before Fleuriau Chateau popped up with the decisive goal in the 90th.
Pacific dominated the stats—they had 19 shots to Ottawa's 14 and created six big chances to five. But they missed four of those big chances, while Ottawa were more clinical, converting three of their five. The visitors also had three offsides and eight shots on target, but couldn't find a third goal.
