Junior Barranquilla and Once Caldas shared the points in a 1-1 draw in the Primera A, Apertura. Once Caldas took the lead through Dayro Moreno in the 79th minute, but Guillermo Paiva levelled for Junior 11 minutes later.
Dayro Moreno finished from Juan David Cuesta's pass to put the visitors ahead. Junior responded with sustained pressure and got their reward when Guillermo Paiva scored from Daniel Soccaras's assist in the 88th minute. The late goal rescued a point for the home side.
The statistics show Junior did more in attack, with 15 shots to Once Caldas's 10 and an expected-goals advantage of 1.09 to 0.48. Once Caldas still managed to hold the lead for nine minutes, thanks partly to three saves from their goalkeeper. The visitors had 53% possession and completed 372 passes, but could not see the game out.
