Atlante snatched a 1-1 draw with Club León after a dramatic stoppage-time finish. José Alvarado's 81st-minute goal put the visitors ahead, but Martín Sarrafiore levelled in the 90th minute to deny León the win.
León seized control when Alvarado struck late on, and they looked set to take all three points. Atlante responded through Sarrafiore, who finished after Jairon Charcopa's assist. The contest had turned niggly before that, with Sebastián Vegas, Luis Puente and Eugenio Pizzuto all booked between the 71st and 89th minutes.
Atlante had the greater volume of attacking play, firing 17 shots to León's 11, but León edged the quality, with five shots on target to four and a higher expected-goals figure of 1.23 against 1.05. León also converted their one big chance while Atlante missed theirs, yet the hosts' late equaliser earned a share of the spoils.
