Randers FC progressed in the DBU Pokalen with a 4-0 win away to ASA Aarhus. The visitors had to be patient, with the game still goalless until the 55th minute, when Wessel Dammers put them ahead.
From there, Randers took control. Musa Toure doubled the lead on 64 minutes, and Martin Sjølstad made it three just seven minutes later. A fourth goal arrived in the 86th minute to round off the scoring.
All four goals came after the interval, three of them in a decisive 16-minute burst that killed the contest. ASA Aarhus had kept Randers at bay for the opening 54 minutes, but had no answer once the first goal went in.
