Okou scored in the 61st minute, with Hassan Hashim Al Ali providing the assist. Neom had the bulk of possession but could not find a way through, despite a flurry of late pressure.
The visitors dominated the ball with 67 per cent possession and 12 shots to Al Riyadh's ten, yet both sides managed only three efforts on target. Al Riyadh converted their one big chance; Neom had none.
