Ajax recovered from a shock early deficit to thrash FK Vojvodina 4-1 in the UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round, with Oscar Gloukh scoring a second-half hat-trick.
The visitors took a surprise lead through Đorđe Crnomarković in the 40th minute, but Davy Klaassen equalised just before the break. Ajax took control after half-time: Gloukh struck twice in five minutes (53, 58) to put them ahead, and completed his treble in the 71st minute.
The final statistics underlined Ajax's dominance – they had 71% possession and 27 shots to Vojvodina's three, with 11 on target. Gloukh's three goals were the product of a relentless attacking display.
