Viborg FF won 3-2 at AC Horsens in the Superliga, building a two-goal lead inside the first half and then restoring it after Horsens had pulled one back. They never trailed, and their three goals proved enough despite a late strike from Ivan Milićević.
Dorian Hanza opened the scoring on 34 minutes from Charly Horneman's assist, and Horneman doubled the lead on 45 minutes from Mads Söndergaard's pass. Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan pulled one back two minutes after the restart, but Asker Beck restored the two-goal advantage on 55 minutes. Ivan Milićević's 71st-minute goal set up a tense finish.
Viborg were the more dangerous side, with 12 shots to Horsens' 8, an expected-goals figure of 1.80 to 0.75, and three big chances to one. Horsens had more of the ball, 52% to 48%, and completed 360 accurate passes to 314, but Viborg's extra edge in the final third decided the match. Charly Horneman was at the heart of that, scoring once and creating Hanza's opener.
