Brentford's goalkeeper, David Raya, 27, has made a move to Arsenal.

According to Arsenal's press service, the keeper joins the Gunners on a season-long loan with an option to buy. Raya will don the jersey with the number 22.

"David is a top-tier goalkeeper who has showcased his skills in the Premier League with Brentford. His addition strengthens our squad by bringing in depth and quality, enabling us to compete at the highest level across all competitions," highlighted Arsenal's sporting director, Edu.

Last season, Raya played 39 matches, conceding 47 goals and securing 12 clean sheets.
